Any unopened item may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
Upon receipt of the unopened product a credit will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase. If you received the item as a gift contact Customer Service to arrange for an exchange or credit.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Delivery Policy
Standard Canada/U.S. Shipping: Domestic transit time 3 to 7 Business Days. Items are shipped using a variety of carriers. Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $50.00
